While any delay is understandably disappointing for fans, it’s promising that the final game will match the quality that fans will expect. We got topreview Bloodlines 2last year, and got a peek of the upcoming sequel of the cult classic, which will have narrative choices affecting NPCs dialogue which is refreshing for modern RPGs.
This isn’t the only game expected to release set in the World of Darkness, there is theVampire: The Masquerade - Swansongbeing developed by Big Bad Wolf which will also release next year. Then there is theWerewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthbloodbeing developed by Cyanide Studios, which will be releasing February 2021. It also shares the same universe but follows the Crinos, who can shift into werewolf, wolf and human form. So to say the least, there is a lot to look forward next year for those who are fans of the tabletop world.
