Well, his relationship with Heather Milligan, a successful physical therapist who is 27 years younger than him, is one thing that regularly draws attention from the public. Even with such a big age difference, this power couple seems to be happy together.
The actor has kept a low profile ever since he and Milligan began dating, sharing only what they want to. However, Schwarzenegger spoke about his alleged girlfriend in September, claiming that she is clearly“independent”and“driven as hell”.

“Is very happy with Heather. She’s very good for him.”
Despite the couple’s deliberate efforts to keep their relationship secret, Schwarzenegger is fine with discussing Milligan. During the September promotion of his self-help book, theTrue Liesactor talked candidly about his bond with Milligan in an interview withPEOPLE. They had a lot in common, and the father of five kids called his romance with Milligan “fantastic”.He exclaimed in praise of her:
“I think the world of her. I love that she’s into working. She’s clearly independent. She is just driven.”
In 1986, Shriver and Schwarzenegger tied the knot. Together, they had four kids, including Katherine and Patrick Schwarzenegger. After 25 years of marriage, they called it quits on July 01, 2025.

“Every night, she’s with her grandmother on the phone for at least a half an hour. I mean, that’s when you get to know a person, the heart they have.”
According to her bio onElite OrthoSport, the company she founded in 2013, Milligan is a physical therapist with “over 20 years of experience in the field”. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in physical therapy and a master’s in business administration (MBA).

In October 2014, they attended the Environmental Media Awards, which was one of their first public appearances (The Things). In 2015, they were also present on the red carpet at the Goldene Kamera reception. Essentially, two years after his 25-year marriage to Maria Shriver ended, Schwarzenegger fell in love again.
