The lonely but eloquent foreign exchange student Andrew Laurent inPersona 3 Reload, also known as Bebe, has a knack for home economics and fashion. He has fallen in love with Japanese culture and hopes to make it his home for the foreseeable future. He puts his trust in the protagonist to show him the ways of the Japanese, and he in turn will open up wholeheartedly. Bebe represents the Temperance arcana, and depending on how high his rank is, any Persona of the same arcana will receive additional levels during fusion.
