Nioh 2 Update 1.22 Introduces Weapon Balance Changes and More
Last month was the final paid DLC forNioh 2which wasThe First Samurai, but another update has been rolled out. The latest update 1.22 introduces balance changes for all weapon types in the game, focusing on skill adjustments.
The weapon typeSwordsfor example have had damage adjusted whenTrue and Throughis fully charges, while the attack speed has slightly increased. For theDual Swords, the damage now inflicted byUltimate Sign of the CrossandRaijinhave increased damage. Attack movement has also been adjusted for theSpear, with damage and Ki damage now dealing more for Spear Active Skill, Triple Thread. Spear will also perform slightly faster for the Spear Active Skill,Cull the Herd.

You can check out the patch notes below. Nioh 2 is currently available to play on PS4 and will be coming to both PC and PS5 on February 5th, in the form of Nioh 2 - The Complete Edition. This will include all available DLC and updates, all in 4K and 120 FPS.
