Today, Netflix released Marvel’sIron FistDanny Rand key art in the form of a motion poster and a featurette titled “I AmDanny Rand” which explores the unbelievable story of Danny’s 15-year disappearance, the cold reality he faces after returning to New York to reconnect with his past, and his fight against the dark forces in the world.Finn Jonesis on hand to explain new details about his character, along with never-before-seen footage from the show that features some of Danny’s training, along with a hint at how he first comes into contact with Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwick). All 13 episodes of Marvel’s Iron Fist will premiere exclusively on Netflix on March 17.
Netflix debuted this preview on theirYouTube, which showsFinn Jones' barefoot character Danny Rand returning to New York, only to discover his old childhood friends, Ward (Tom Pelphrey) and Joy Meachum (Jessica Stroup) are now billionaires and the company Danny’s father started. We also get to see footage of Danny taking out a number of Ward and Joy’s security guards, along with footage of Colleen Wing watching Danny fight in a street alley, which may be how they first meet. We’ve previously seen a clip of Colleen taking on two men twice her size in a cage fight, and while she can clearly take care of her self, this footage hints that she’s certainly intrigued with Danny Rand.

Iron Fistwill stream the first season in its entirety starting at 12:01am PT on July 29, 2025, in all territories where Netflix is available. The drama will premiere with thirteen (13) one-hour episodes. Netflix has not announced when The Defenders will air yet, but production is already under way, with the show believed to premiere later this year on the streaming service.
