When you pick up this contract, it seems straightforward enough. You’re tasked withkilling the Maas Kharet Assassin. However, the fight against the assassin is not as simple as it looks when you get into the room where this enemy is hiding.
Finding the Maas Kharet Assassin
The Maas Kharet Assassin islocated in Imperial Testing Facility 71, which is in the northwest section of the Hagga Basin map. This also means that you’re going to want some kind of sandbike or another vehicle that you’re able to use to get there in order to avoid being eaten by sandworms and losing everything that you’re carrying with you at that time.
Like most testing facilities, you’re kept on the right path through the area with the help of shields that require identification bracelets that you find when it’s time to move into the next area of that facility. Of course, you won’t find the Maas Kharet Assassin until you’re basically at the end of the facility.
Finishing Making a Martyr
The Maas Kharet Assassin isn’t alone. Instead, you’ll findother enemies in the room with them, from normal enemies to elites with shields. With this in mind, you want to come prepared. If you have options like grenades or the Gravity Field ability that freezes anybody caught in it that the Trooper has available, then those are going to be incredible options to help you cut down on the number of enemies you’re facing. Otherwise, you can duck out into the hallway and limit the space that the enemies can use against you.
After you defeat the Maas Kharet Assassin and the other enemies in that room, verify you head to the opposite side and loot the chest that’s hiding back there. Then, you’llgo back to the Contract Board in a tradepost, Arrakeen, or Harko Village to complete the contract, earning you the associated rewards in Dune: Awakening.
