According to sources, Jennifer Lopez also tried to help Matt Damon while he was facing marital troubles but for very different reasons than Affleck.
Ben Affleck advised Matt Damon to seek couples therapy
Ben Affleckand Matt Damon have been best friends since childhood and are still very close to each other despite their hectic work schedules. A source close to the friends recently opened up to theNational Enquirerand revealed that Affleck allegedly noticed that his buddy was having marital troubles with his wife, Luciana Barroso, and advised the actor to seek couples therapy as that is what helps him in his own marriage with Jennifer Lopez. The source said,
“Ben is first to admit the only thing that keeps Jennifer and him together is therapy.”

According to sources,Matt Damonand Luciana Barroso allegedly tried couples therapy on Ben Affleck’s advice and it worked splendidly for them. The source further revealed that the couple is very thankful to Affleck for his incredible advice.
Jennifer Lopez also backed up Ben Affleck’s advice
Despite there always being a sense of tension betweenJennifer Lopezand Matt Damon, the American actress still tried to help the actor with his marital troubles. However, according to sources, the reasons for her help were a bit different than Ben Affleck who just wanted to help his friend be happy in life. The source said,
“Jennifer wanted Matt to get into counseling, too, though her reasons were a little selfish! She hoped Matt would shed the bro behavior he shares with Ben and start paying more attention to his own wife. As for Matt, counseling is not only saving his marriage to Luciana. It’s thawing the freeze that existed between him and Jennifer, so he and Ben can be best buds again.”
It seems like things have gotten better between Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso as the couple was recently spotted showcasing PDA on a vacation on the beaches of Mykonos, Greece.
