TheDeath Star IIdoesn’t become available in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga until you complete Episode VI. After that, you will be able to go to Endor and begin the missionDoom Ball III.
When can I get Death Star II in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga?
After you have completed Episode VI, go to Endor and search for the Ewok shown above. They will have a picture of the death star on their heads. C-3PO will reveal his plan to give you the Death Star II, but you will need to find the pieces floating in space.

After accepting, go to Endor’s Space and search for Yellow circles. The yellow circles will contain a few Death Star II pieces, which must be collected by flying through them. Go inside of the circles to begin collecting the pieces.
As soon as you collect 10, go back to the Ewok, and you will be able to unlock the Death Star II under Capital Ships. The Death Star II costs 2,000,000 LEGO Studs.
