The Golden Apple Archipelago is back for Genshin Impact’s Summertime Odyssey event, which runs fromJuly 15, 2022, to August 09, 2025. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to complete all the puzzles in the first room of Mona’s optional Mirage to get three Chests and the final Phantasmal Conch.
Keep in mind that you need tocomplete the required quest segmentbefore you can unlock the optional Mirage. Once that’s done, head to theTemple of the Star LatitudesWaypoint in the Minacious Isle and selectThe Ancient Azure Starsunder Phantasmal Tales to begin.
The Ancient Azure Stars (First Room) walkthrough - How to solve all puzzles
Upon entering the Domain, turnleftand enter thefirst room, which is the one with the same pattern as the image above. If the door is already open, go ahead and enter. Otherwise, you may put in the Asterism Shards indicated above to open up an entryway.
Once you get inside, turn right to find astaircase. Climb it and keep following the path it leads to. You’ll eventually find yourself in a chamber that spawns invisible bridges. Keep going forward until you’re in the room with the Astral puzzle. Upon entering the room, you’ll find the reference image for the Astral puzzle on the left wall. In this guide, assume that the reference image isnorth.

First Astral puzzle
This is the first of 3 astral puzzles in a row. Assuming that thereference image is north, follow the guidelines in the image above to determine what direction the Star Guides should face. Keep in mind, not all the nodes must be used. You only need to use five Star Guides in this first puzzle, even though there are seven in the room. If you accidentally activate an unneeded Star Guide, simply attack it again to deactivate it. After arranging the Star Guides as prescribed above, the pattern on the wall will change.
Second Astral puzzle
Assuming that thereference image is north, follow the guidelines in the image above to determine what direction the Star Guides should face. You only need to use five Star Guides in this puzzle, even though there are seven in the room. Like the first time, the pattern on the wall will change after arranging the Star Guides as prescribed above.
Third Astral puzzle
Assuming that thereference image is north, follow the guidelines in the image above to determine what direction the Star Guides should face. The third puzzle is arranged like you’re writing a capital G. After successfully arranging the Star Guides, anExquisite Chestwill spawn for you to loot.

Pressure Plate Constellation Puzzle Solution and Phantasmal Conch Location
There is a hidden door to the right of the reference image. Interact with the wall to enter the next chamber, where you’ll finda Phantasmal Conchon the left side. You must jump onto the block to interact with the Conch and have it count toward theResonating Visionsevent.
To solve the Pressure Plate puzzle, your goal is to form a constellation based on the reference image on the ground. The stars in the sky will move upon stepping on the Pressure Plates, which are numbered above for your reference.
If you lose track or mess up, some of us had luck stepping onrandom platesuntil you get it right. APrecious Chestwill appear for you to loot. A floating star will come out of the constellation in the sky. Follow the little star out the door, and jump down to initiate theChallenge of the Starry Sky.You need to avoid the shooting stars, which you can cheat by stepping on a Geo Construct or by flying with Venti’s skill. Completing this last segment will reward you with aLuxurious Chest. This concludes the first room of Ancient Azure Stars Mirage puzzles.
