As a result, finding sketches for the pieces that make up Wishful Aurosa is only half of your battle, and the other half is finding all the materials you need in order to craft it. Luckily, common materials respawn each day, meaning you can pick up as many as you need, and Maskwings are a common resource.

Unfortunately, the location for collecting Maskwings is a bit less common, and you won’t be able to get any until youfinish at least Chapter 5. However, you then gain access to a location that holds multiple common resources that you need for crafting pieces of the Wishful Aurosa outfit.
How to Get Maskwings
Maskwings are a bug found in the Wishing Woods, a location that you unlock after completing the entire Chapter 5 storyline. Then, you report to Dada at Florawish’s Stylist’s Guild and take the quest, “Mysterious Wishing Woods.” This quest sends you to the Wish Pass Office, where you complete a chain of tasks that are not much more than speaking with a bunch of NPCs, and that chain ends with you being granted thepermit that you need to enter the Wishing Woods. You’ll find both the Wish Pass Office and the entrance to the Wishing Woods at the end of the path that leads east from Florawish.
You’ll usually findMaskwings around Solfruit trees, so ensure your bug catching outfit is selected for your ability options, and search for these illusive bugs near trees. However, if you don’t want to collect Maskwings yourself, they’re one of the resources that you’re able to find andpurchase in the Resonance sectionof the store using your Pear-Pal.
Maskwings aren’t available every day in the store, but they’re among the items that have a chance to appear.
Clothing That Uses Maskwings
Right now, the only clothing piece that uses Maskwings as a crafting material is Wishful Aurosa, which uses Maskwings to make Goldleaf Ascent, the socks for the outfit. You only need to pick up2 Maskwings to craft it, so it shouldn’t be too tough of a task once you find them. Additionally, you’ll need 3 Palettetails for this clothing item, and you can fish them up while you’re in the Wishing Woods, giving you a couple of the materials you’ll need in a single location.
