27Agent Smith

The Matrix

The most recently announced character as seen in thistrailer fromMultiVersus, you can currentlyunlock Agent Smith for free inMultiVersusby completing Rifts. However, as there isno information on his perks or special abilities yet, he is currently at the bottom of the list in a more unranked fashion.

26Marvin the Martian

Looney Tunes

Marvin is not one of the strongest characters inMultiVersus, but he has his own advantages. He is one of thefew ranged Assassin fighters, and he can attack from multiple directions. However,he is slower than many similar fighters, and he tends to have long cooldowns which keeps him from being a top-tier character.

Special Moves

To Me, My Glorious Ship!; …In The Name Of Mars!

Signature Perks areavailable to unlock as you level up your account and your specific fighter. Once unlocked you’re able to choose to equip them or choose a Generalist perk.

25Rick Sanchez

Rick and Morty

Rick is more of aranged combatant and is not very strong at close-range. He has a blaster and traps that can hurt enemies from afar, as well as a portal system that can allow you to move and allow you to damage enemies through the portal. Overall, this makeshim better as a support characterbut he can cause a lot of chaos in any fight.

24Superman

DC

Superman isgreat at avoiding damage he does not want to take. His passive allows him to dodge away from the ground, making it easy to sleep out of reach. However, he also can armor himself up a lot, as well as slow down enemies. However,he can be quite slow himself, which is his main weakness in the game.RPG Labsbreaks down his full combos in the YouTube video above.

Multiverse contains several different in-game currencies. Prestige Points are a major currency that can help players acquire exclusive items.

23Gizmo

Gremlims

Gizmo can deal alarge amount of damage when the timing works out, but you also need a fair amount of practice to perfect him. He can be very unpredictable and can combo with allies to get into the air, but his special Popcorn Clouds do nothing if you haven’t lined everything up. This can bedevastating if an enemy hits you at the wrong time.

22Velma

Scooby-Doo

Velma is very much aSupport Fighter, as she can target enemies, heal allies, and hitting enemies with everything from flashlights to speech bubbles to the Mystery Machine. However, many of her attacks take a long time to charge or have a long cooldown, hampering her ability to be a more aggressive fighter.

21Banana Guard

Adventure Time

Banana Guard is a great option for beginners inMultiVersus, having no passive abilities and a lot of combo potential. He is also able tobuff himself and do a lot of knockback damage. However, he can be more vulnerable than characters with a faster cooldown andhis charge-up can make him more vulnerable. SeeYouTuber Onestep’s videofor a full breakdown.

20Stripe

Stripe inMultiVersusis one of themore aggressive fighters in the game. You will not be able to hold back while playing as him. You will want to constantly be throwing attacks your opponents way. He also has a Neutral Attack that is able to target opponents clinging to a side wall. Stripe’s main downside is that, if he runs out of gas, alarger opponent can ring him out easier, due to his size.

Taz in anotherbeginner-friendly character that can deal lots of damagebetween his tornado-like move, his Dogpile! Dogpile! Move, and his Bottomless Pit special. He is fast and easy to control, but he does have a littlemore depth to his abilitiesthan other characters like Banana Guard, making him more fun to stick with for the long haul.

18Reindog

MultiVersus

Reindog is a fairly easy fighter to get a handle on.YouTuber RPG Labshas a good breakdown of all of his moves, but thePower Crystal is going to be your main source of buffs. His Air Side Special is also quite helpful.
