There are a total of 10 secrets to find in the Forsaken Plains level of the game. Some are more well hidden than others, and we know where to find all of them.
Life Sigil #1
At the end of the first enemy encounter, head to the left of the last stage and use theShield Jumppoint across the lava. Follow the path of gold bars to reach the top of the rock, which has a Life Sigil sitting on the ledge (then you can jump down to the main area again).
Codex (The Forsaken Plains)
ThisCodexis simply located at the point on the map above, with no puzzle or challenge to solve.
To the right of the Sentinel Shrine near the start of the level, wait for the spike trap to crash into the ground, then jump on top of it. Ride the spike trap up to the top, then hop over to the ledge with the Ruby in the secret area.
Weapon Skin (Cycler)
After destroying the Hell Cannon at the location on the map above, return to the spot and go through the path on the raised area to the left to grab the “Nightmare” weapon skin for the Cycler.
Life Sigil #2
Drop into the secret area behind the Sentinel Shrine at the location shown above to find theLife Sigil.
Secret Key + Gold Chest
In the large tower at the back of the level, look up and use the green Shield Leap point. Follow the path, destroying the overheated locks and climbing up the climbing wall to reach the Gold Chest.
After destroying the Gold Chest, turn right and jump across the gap to the tower in the center of the building. You’ll fall to the first floor, where the secret key is waiting to be picked up.
Head to the location above to find the Ruby, which will be locked behind a red barrier. Head into the room behind it to find a Gore Nest, which you will need to Shield Charge through. This will initiate an encounter, spawning a series of enemies.
Once all enemies have been defeated, the door to the area will be unlocked, and the Ruby will be available to collect.
Cyberdemon Toy
After getting Ruby #2, look down off the ledge and jump onto the jump pad to reach the floating island above the lava. TheCyberdemon Toywill be sitting in front of a portal that will teleport you back to the main area.
Life Sigil #3
At the location on the map above, look up to find the green Shield Jump point and use it to reach the lastLife Sigilin the secret area above.
Head to the point on the map above, then follow thepathand unlock the door with the secret key. Defeat the enemies inside the secret area, then proceed to the other side of the room to reach the Ruby next to the door with the overheated lock.
Codex (Prince Ahzrak)
After obtaining thesecret key, open the door at the location on the map above, then head through and defeat the enemy inside. The Codex will be inside at the end of a trail of gold bars.
Wraithstone
After defeating the final boss encounter in the level, the path to the exit will open. Before leaving the encounter area, grab theWraithstonethat has unlocked near the ledge looking out over the Sentinel Shrine.
