Joining an already busy month of games, Dark Envoy will be launching onOctober 24th 2023. The tactical RPG uses real-time strategy elements and features party-based combat. Event Horizon has announced the game will be coming to PC via Steam just in time for the spooky season.

In case you missed it, Dark Envoy features a party-based system where players will embark an adventure with four classes to choose from. Just earlier this month the studio introduced some of thespecialisationseach class will have.

The Tower of Time developer gives players free rein to explore a semi-open world, fight in procedurally generated dungeons and tackle tactical objectives.  The game’s new RPG system will challenge players to experiment and adapt to different situations. Choices made in-game will have a lasting impact on the world, and there are multiple endings to discover.

If you liked games such asXCOMand theDivinityseries, but rather a party-based game that doesn’t rely too much on RNG and more on tactical decisions then Dark Envoy could be for you. The game takes inspiration from its CRPG peers but will let players use action-based combat in real-time with pause.
